Project Manager for Universal Translation Services - Ref: WCALTUTS0615ARS4804 full time
The job responsibilities will include:

Be the customer point of contact
Manage the entire life-cycle of multiple localization projects in a fast-paced environment
Managing the project from beginning to end
Receive, assess, schedule and confirm each new project
Prepare and maintain project documentation
Planning, scheduling and monitoring translation projects
Managing any queries and updates during the translation phase
Negotiate deadlines and rates with vendor
Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Confidence, drive and enthusiasm are all required along with a positive attitude and the ability to maintain that attitude even during the high stress times.

Ability to prioritize while handling multiple projects simultaneously in a hectic, time-sensitive environment
Ability to communicate accurately detailed instructions to multilingual vendors.
Detail and service oriented.
Clear sense of accountability.
